We won’t believe that babies are natural swimmers until we see this video.

Babies are born with two reflexes – the dive reflex and the swimming reflex. When they are placed in the water, they will naturally open out their eyes, hold their breath and try to swim by kicking or paddling their feet.
“These reflexes don’t mean the baby can swim unmonitored as they can still drown, so supervision is always required.”
Swimming is a life-long skills that we can start exposing and inculcating in our children when they are young. Babies as young as 3 months old can start swimming activities with close supervision.
